Foraging for Herbs: A Hedgewitches’ Teaching Walk
I will be leading a walk through the community garden in Regents Park, teaching and demonstrating: herb identification, medicinal facts, herbal folklore and foraging techniques. This afternoon is pagan-oriented, friendly and practical, and will involve engaging intuitively with the plants as well as learning practical skills and information. This year the walks will be regular following the same spot of land through the seasons adding to your herbal identification skills in a way identification books don’t. Come regularly for the full effect!

Traditional Folk Herbalism: Introductory Course
On this course you will learn how to get to grips with new herbs using your senses and identify how they would be useful to yourself and others. Each herb is taught from an energetic and biochemical perspective each week. You will learn basic herbal first aid, treating children, how to treat simple ailments such as colds, and much more! As well as the basic preparations of herbs such as balms, poultices and infusions. Come along and get your hands dirty with the herbs.
