My basic recipe is what follows for you to spice up as you see fit!

Smoothies
You will need:

1-2 Bananas
250ml Yoghurt
250g frozen/fresh fruits
1 tbsp Oats
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Enough juice (I use apple juice) to cover the fruits, more if you prefer it more liquid

Some nice additions I’d recommend are a tablespoon of some seeds and honey if needed to sweeten it up. Blend it up real goood!
